What is the "starting point" for calculating the number of users?

PowerArchiver Enterprise Unlimited allows you to add an unlimited number of users at a predetermined fixed cost. This means that for the initial user count, we are calculating each employee you had at the time, and then you can add an unlimited number of new employees/licenses. Therefore, if you currently have 3000 employees and add an additional 3000 employees in 2 years from now, according to the terms of this license, it is good that you will remain in the Enterprise Gold Edition, as if you still have less than 5000 licenses. As long as your maintenance and support plan is active, you can add an unlimited number of new licenses.

Support and Maintenance - PowerArchiver Select

Each PowerArchiver order comes with a 12 month PowerArchiver Select advanced support and maintenance plan. It includes telephone support and all major and minor updates to PowerArchiver over the past 12 months. PowerArchiver Educational Unlimited requires activation of a maintenance plan to add new licenses/computers/users for free. If you decide not to renew after 12 months, you can continue to use the existing license.
